All passengers, regardless of whether they purchased Flexi Saver, Flexi Saver Plus, Full Flexi, Royal Silk Plus, or Basic Flexi tickets, are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their tickets within the risk-free window permitted by Thai airways 24 hour cancellation.
Under Thai Airlines 24-Hour Cancellation Policy, there won't be any fees for cancellations made when the scheduled flight is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation date and the booked trip is seven days or more out.
